The ASPET Division for Drug Metabolism and Disposition is hosting a special dinner to celebrate the naming of its Early Career Award after Dr. Richard Okita, in conjunction with the Meet-the-Experts event for trainees and early stage investigators. The event will provide opportunities for emerging scientists to talk with experts in the field as well as for division members to interact.

Attendees will hear a brief presentation by Dr. Okita on career development, participate in the celebration of Dr. Okita’s contributions to the division and the field, and meet current and previous winners of the Award.

There is no fee to attend for ASPET members (please login before using RSVP link at www.aspet.org/DMDD2019). There is an $88 fee for non-ASPET members that helps cover the costs of the event.

Tax-deductible donations to the event and the award are welcome. Contact your tax advisor for details. Donations to fund the event at suggested amounts are available when you RSVP. To donate at amounts other than those suggested on the registration form, please contact our office at meetings@aspet.org or 301-634-7989. Donations collected above what is needed to fund the event will be transferred to fund the award.
