ASPET Annual Meeting Tips to Know Before You Go...

With the ASPET Annual Meeting at EB 2019 only a few days away, it is time to plan your itinerary. Here are a few tips to help you organize your agenda and stay updated with important meeting news to get the most out of your EB 2019 experience.

ASPET Program at a Glance

Pick up your free copy of the ASPET Program at a Glance. This booklet provides you with a quick overview of the ASPET program at EB 2019, including symposia, lectures, workshops, division events, networking opportunities, social events, and ASPET meetings. Booklets will be available at registration, at the ASPET Business Meeting, Booth #703, and Lounge Room W207 A.

EB 2019 App

Download the EB 2019 app before you arrive in Orlando (Wifi is needed to download the app, but is not needed to use the app while at the meeting). Use the app to navigate sessions, abstracts, speakers, exhibitors, and more. Please note there is no printed program. You can also use the app to rate the sessions you attend and give us feedback!

Daily Meeting Highlights Email

Registered attendees will receive a daily meeting highlights email from ASPET. Each email will contain important announcements and any last minute changes, as well as highlighted lectures, sessions, and special events. Check your email inbox each morning for your daily highlights email.

ASPET Booth #703

Visit ASPET booth #703 in the exhibit hall to purchase an ASPET t-shirt or plush donkey. Also, in the booth this year, pick up your FREE ASPET lanyard and your division button. Bring someone by to sign up for ASPET membership and get a coupon to use at Shop ASPET and get a free spin on the ASPET prize wheel.

ASPET Member Lounge

Visit the ASPET member lounge at the Convention Center (Room #W207A) where you can grab daily morning coffee, hold one-to-one meetings, network with colleagues, meet ASPET members and leaders, relax, or catch up on work using ASPET Wifi. Hours are Saturday, 1pm - 4pm and Sunday - Tuesday, 8am - 6pm.

Badge Pick Up / On-site Registration

*New this year - Badges may be picked up from the Airport (MCO) on Friday or Saturday from 8 am - 5pm in the baggage claim (Carousel B). On-site registration and badge pick up will also be available at the Orange County Convention Center, Halls A/B West Concourse. Registration hours are Friday, 1pm - 6pm, Saturday, 7am - 8pm, Sunday - Tuesday, 7am - 5pm.
