Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County

Since 2009, ASPET members attending Experimental Biology have given a day of volunteer service in the local communities where we convene. Volunteer activities have ranged from home construction to painting, cleaning, stocking shelves, food preparation and service, and building maintenance.

The ASPET Division for Behavioral Pharmacology will again sponsor this volunteer opportunity. Our first volunteer activity in 2009 was with Habitat for Humanity New Orleans. On Friday, April 5 we will again spend the day working with Habitat for Humanity, Greater Orlando & Osceola County. Financial donations are not required but are always appreciated.
