Nuclear Receptors in Hepatomegaly and Liver Regeneration: An Update

This presentation updates the activation of pregnane X receptor (PXR), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α (PPARα) and constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) on hepatomegaly and liver regeneration. Mechanistically, the interactions between these nuclear receptors and yes-associated protein (YAP) signals were presented and discussed.
