Navigating research projects, the career exploration process, and job searches can seem overwhelming and isolating, leading to anxiety and self-doubt. Wellness and resilience are receiving more attention nationally, especially within the scientific community, but what do these concepts really mean in practical terms? In this interactive session, we will explore the topics of wellness and resilience, including resources for support and specific activities that can help manage stress and anxiety while building resilience into everyday life.

RSVP Required.
